I'm not necessarily asking you to take away the pain, but please help me to deal with it. Help me to give every fear, hurt and heartache to you with the faith that you are going to help me through.
The beauty in the brokenness is you breaking me down to nothing, shattering every piece of me that I've known and building me back up as you want me to be.
The beauty in the pain is giving you everything and growing closer to you as I do. It's you becoming my best friend as you strip everyone else away from me.
What other choice do I have but to come to you?
So God, I'm not asking you to take it away. I'm asking for you to do what you said. I'm asking you to make my breakthrough greater than my been through as I hold on so tightly to that knowing that it's true.
