If you walk around the church house you’ll see a few empty pews, a few places where someone was once dedicated but that spot now stands vacant.
People tend to remember who had that certain spot in the pew and when they no longer come to listen to the preacher preach the good news.
When God starts bringing people in, we give Him the glory for it and he begins to fill the empty pews.
As time goes on the pews get full again, people sometimes tend to forget about the ones that used to occupy them.
Not intentionally you see, it’s just that time passes on and the memories fade quickly.
But as God walks in between the pews he remembers where you sat, the testimonies you have and the ways you were used.
He thinks about the times he pulled at you and the love that never has and never will fade.
Don’t you think he thinks about you when people start to fill your church pew? He remembers it all. Don’t you? Have you thought about him grieving from missing you?
Sometimes people may forget but Jesus never does and he never runs out of love.
His love for you has never wavered and it’s never grown thin. He never stops thinking about you even if you don’t think about him.
Just as much as he would reach out when you were in the church house he’s still reaching out now. Will you let him in?
