When I felt so hopeless and tears rolled down my face, I didn’t realize that those tears were evidence of Gods grace.
There was still hope when I felt the ache, and there was still hope when I prayed.
Sometimes it felt like I was praying to a wall while the devil mocked my prayers and threw them back again.
But there was hope with every step I took as I walked through those doors, with every song sang, every message preached and every hand raised.
He knew what my tears were for and he knew I couldn’t see how I was going to make it one step more.
But I made it one step more, and then two and then a few more.
When you’re at your lowest, when you’re beyond hopeless he will help you to hope just a little more.
