Help me to remember what I have forgot, how you rescued me when I was lost.

Bring back to my memory what you did for me, how you came to me when I was afraid that you would leave.

Remind me of how you care for me when I feel too low that you should choose to be there for me.

God when I'm faltering, help me to remember all the things you have done for me.
